Mindful Serenity is the perfect combination of relaxation through art and meditation. We provide guided small group art activities such as clay, textiles and painting mediums which enable all participants to enjoy their ability to be creative. One of our most enjoyable moments is to watch new participants surprise and delight at creating their very own masterpiece!
The second component of our program, which takes place after a short refreshment break, is guided meditation. This can be a new experience for many people and is done with that in mind. We use a similar format to meditation provided by reputed mental health organisations and find it is integral to maximizing the benefits of our wellness program.
Currently we have attendees who range from 21 to 83 years of age and believe this program can be enjoyed by all ages. We restrict all groups to a maximum of 5 participants and provide sessions either weekly or fortnightly.
